SIDCO Pharmaceutical Complex - Alathur, Tamil Nadu
Common Effluent Treatment Facility
A 340 KLD Common Effluent Treatment Plant comprising two 170 KLD units, developed under the Department of Pharmaceuticals’ Cluster Development Programme for the Pharmaceutical Sector, Government of India.
The project includes effluent conveyance from individual units, primary electrolytic treatment, secondary biological treatment, tertiary treatment, reverse osmosis and evaporation. Treated water is distributed back to individual units through a hydropneumatic system, with RO reject conveyed to the oxidation pond.
The facility is operated and maintained by our team.
PURA SCHEME - Seven Villages & Surrounding Hamlets
Integrated Rural Water Resource Management
Comprehensive water resource management under the Government of India’s Providing Urban Amenities in Rural Areas scheme, covering seven villages and surrounding hamlets across a radius exceeding 50 kilometres.
The scope included flood mapping, inundation studies, water resource mapping, stormwater network analysis, new drain design, water safety and security plans, water supply modelling, sewerage planning, and design and engineering of water and sewage treatment plants.
The project was undertaken under ADB.
THERVOY KANDIGAI Industrial Park - 1,000 Acres
Stormwater Modelling and Flood Management
Detailed assessment of stormwater drainage adequacy and development of new drainage systems for a 1,000-acre industrial park.
The scope included macro- and micro-watershed analysis, flood mapping and development of micro waterbodies to maximise rainwater harvesting and reduce inundation.
The assignment was received through CUBE–IIT Madras and the Government of Tamil Nadu.
SIDCO Industrial Estate - Thirumazhisai, 165 Acres
Stormwater Network Assessment and Flood Mitigation Planning
Detailed assessment of the existing stormwater drainage network, identification of inadequacies and development of an integrated network incorporating existing and proposed drains.
The assignment included a detailed flood inundation study and preparation of a flood mitigation plan for the 165-acre industrial estate.

Level Referencing and Artificial Recharge Feasibility
Establishment of mean sea level references and consultancy on the feasibility of managing treated sewage and stormwater through artificial recharge.
